The Challenge

Projects in remote communities require robust materials and practical designs that can withstand high-use conditions while remaining simple to transport, install, and maintain. Limited access to replacement parts and specialist trades increases the importance of reliability.

The Solution

DSM produced modular laser-cut and CNC folded components using stainless steel and powder-coated materials designed for long-term durability. Tube laser-cut frames and standardised mounting systems allowed fast assembly using basic tools, reducing installation complexity in remote locations.
