Food-grade stainless is made to fit first time. DSM fabricates benches, splashbacks, pass-throughs, hoods, shelving and bar work that is templated, laser cut and folded with radiused corners and dressed welds—supporting hygiene compliance and simplifying cleaning in high-use environments.
Cut-outs, fixtures and edge details are modelled to the millimetre to fit around existing services and reduce site trimming. Tube laser cut bar frames, shelving uprights and canopy supports include location slots, hanger holes and cable pass-throughs that align precisely to stainless panels for fast installation in tight back-of-house spaces.
Presentation is treated as part of performance—grain is matched across panels, peel film protection remains until install, and edges are hemmed for safe handling and smooth wipe-downs. 316 is used in wet or coastal zones, with food-safe sealants and hardware selected for durability.
