The Challenge

Ambulance fit-outs require highly accurate fabrication, durable materials, and efficient space utilisation to ensure equipment can be securely mounted while maintaining functionality, safety, and long-term reliability. Components also needed to withstand constant use and Territory operating conditions.

The Solution

DSM supplied precision laser-cut and fabricated components using tube and flatbed laser cutting, CNC folding, and fabrication services for internal vehicle fit-outs, storage systems, mounting brackets, and stainless assemblies. By combining advanced fabrication capability with detailed production processes, DSM ensured every component aligned accurately within the confined vehicle environment while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
